The Principals of MidCoast Capital have created a network of capital resources that enables the firm to efficiently close on acquisitions of companies with total capitalization of $20 million to $75 million.

MidCoast Capital acts as a merchant bank. We invest our own capital and may partner with long-term clients and TDH Capital Partners, an affiliate that manages private equity investments for a prominent family.

We have directed deals and co-invested with a wide range of venture capital, private equity, and buyout funds. Through our co-investment relationships with institutional investment firms, we have the ability to lead transactions to timely closings.
